    With over twenty years in the corporate production business as technical director, Michael is well versed in the rigors, requirements and relationships that it takes to be the backbone of production for his clients. Working domestically and internationally, he has a reputation for being extremely thorough, but also calm and level headed even in the face of challenge. When there is free time, Michael and his wife Ruth spend it traveling the world looking for that perfect little spot to toast life.

Clients have relied on Shannon’s leadership, organization, focus and creativity for their productions for more than twenty years. She is a proven performer comfortable dealing with C-level executives, complex schedules, finicky talent, and challenging venues. Married to her college sweetheart for 24 years, Shannon and her husband are fervent San Diego State basketball fans.

    Tim is an experienced video editor, camera operator and director who is there for every step of your video and event production. He is always looking for new ways to get creative on every project, large or small. Tim is all about the discovery process, finding your unique story and telling it in a distinctive way. Tim has been involved with production since 1996 with extensive experience in video editing along with still and motion photography. Tim resides in San Diego with his wife Sarah and two children, Kyle and Emily.

    For 30 years Paul, also known as PK, has been expertly executing shows for his clients whether producing or directing. He has been in the directors chair in venues around the world and, even when the talent is late or a spotlight blows, he maintains his cool under intense pressure. When Paul isn’t directing a live show, you will find him watering his lawn, golfing or listening to sports radio. PK is happily married with two teen kids, and three chickens that for some reason he calls ducks. The chickens, not the kids.
